The University of Ottawa is thinking about turning into a 100% smoke-free campus but administrations is struggling with how to enforce it.
According the the director of risk management, a survey of staff and students revealed that 69% are IN FAVOR of the ban.
As of right now, the campus is about 80 per cent smoke-free with a nine-metre smoking restriction around its buildings.
