THAT’S IT. JUST HAND PAUL THE 500K. IT’S OVER.
The only person with a brain of his own was sent packing for the second time this season.
Cody, who was on his own after is girlfriend Jessica was sent home last week, was facing elimination, and as enemy of the house, the vote was unanimous to get him out. It also gave us one of the most epic BB exits ever…
After Cody left, it was time the play HOH, PoV, and vote for the double eviction. Jason won HOH and immediately went to work for Paul by nominating Mark and Elena, the next two on the pecking order.
Mark managed to win the PoV to take himself off, but unfortunately another showmance bites the dust with Elena being sent home too. So now it’s essentially Mark VS the whole house.
You can definitely see on Twitter the majority of BB fans are FED UP with this season… Even some BB Alumni are expressing their frustrations.
In any case… one of these people will walk away from this show 500,000 dollars richer… it just won’t be Cody or Elena. Let’s see what they had to say about the game they played, and who’s left in the house
Is there anything you regret about your second run in the house?
Seems the follow Paul mentality never changed. Does part of you just want to root for him considering the rest of the house just act like his sheep?
It’s tough for me because I don’t like the guy but at the same time, I’d rather give him the $500,000 over any of them for just following him.
Other than Paul, is there anyone in there who you think is in the best position to go far?
Have you lost the respect you had for Alex from earlier in the game?
Yeah the second Alex attacked Jessica, along with the rest of the group, I pretty much lost all respect for her and then this last week she insulted Jessica to her face and that was it for me.
Have you and Jessica talked plans for when this is all over and you get to reunite?
(Laughs) Ya we have.
Why do you think Paul holds so much power over everyone in the house?
Paul plays a really great social game and as much as him being a vet, seems like it would put a target on his back, he really played it up and used it as an asset. So people look to him for advice and leadership. He is a manipulative person and charming in the same sense. So he’s able to make you feel like you’re special, you’re in, you’re privy to information that other people aren’t. And he’s only telling you when in reality he’s doing the same thing with every other houseguest. What’s sad about that, is that everyone is aware of it, and they’re just okay with it. And I’m just as guilty because I played into that for a while. However I believe that I was higher on his list of his pecking order so I was fine with it. But I wasn’t unaware of him being sly and talking game with other people. But in the last couple weeks the slyness turned into sketchiness for me and that’s when a question mark came up over him for me personally.
If you could do it all over again, do you still think you’d team up with Mark?
Yeah absolutely, I can’t not team up with Mark. He was my favourite part of the Big Brother house. He would have never turned his back on me and he never will. Even though I think he hindered my game some, I am more than grateful that he was a constant ally and always there for me.
Who do you think is in the best position to make it to the final two as of now?
As of now I think the final two looks really good for Paul and Alex. They play a good game in every way you can play a good game – socially, physically, and mentally. However Alex’s social game is strange – she’s a weird person. But she doesn’t make an effort to solidify and maintain relationships as much as Paul does. But she has a weird way of still remaining important socially. So I wouldn’t be surprised if those were the final two this year.
Any plans for you and Mark outside of the house or was that just a ‘showmance’?
I have yet to admit to Mark that I have any feelings for him whatsoever, which he hates. But I did promise him a date in Dallas after the conclusion of this season. So we will see what happens in that regard. He also won a trip to Colorado that he’s been trying to convince me to take with him. So I don’t know. He’s someone I’ll absolutely maintain a relationship in some way and if it’s romantic than it’s romantic, and if it’s not, I’m okay with that too.
Is Josh really as obnoxious in person as he is on TV? Any hard feelings there?
Josh is even more obnoxious in person than I can imagine he would seem to be on TV. I have a lot of mixed emotions about Josh. I think that he has a good heart and a lot of times has good intentions but he’s just young and doesn’t have a good grasp on what’s socially appropriate. Even when he’s preaching to an agenda that I support, I’ve always questioned his delivery and his verbiage and some of the words that I think he thinks he knows the meaning to. I do have hard feelings towards him. He kept claiming that he was separating game and personal – even while screaming at me he was complementing me and telling me I was beautiful. But I just don’t respect that type of behavior and the way he operate is be screaming and making a scene in front of the house.
