It seems like we’ve been treated to A LOT of stories about good dogs recently, from this video of a puppy trying to alert the owners of a horror movie to their impending doom…
To this puppy who was fired as a police dog because he was “too friendly”
Now, the amazing puppy stories have come up north, with the University of Calgary giving an honorary degree to the guide dog of one of their graduating law students.
Tiana Knight received her Juris Doctor degree, walking across the stage with her guide dog Cashmere, also dressed in graduation robes, who received his Juris Dogtor Degree (that’s not a joke, they actually did that).
According to this article posted on the university’s website, Knight has already secured an articling position at Calgary law firm Mosaicstone.
