No, it’s not yoga for goats. It’s yoga WITH goats.
For the first time ever The Canadian Agriculture Museum is bringing goat yoga to Ottawa! Goats will be roaming around the the room while participants get in their sun salutations.
Arianne Richeson, an education and interpretation officer at the museum will run the class. she’s also a yoga teacher! They didn’t come up with the idea on their own, goat yoga has become pretty trendy on social media.
75 minutes classes are on today (June 6th) and tomorrow (June 7th). BUT there’s some bad news. They’re both already SOLD OUT!
The organizer was stunned by how many people wanted to participate, and while there aren’t any plans for more classes, they say if things go well it could be repeated.
Can we make puppy yoga a thing next?
