If you are anything like me, you can’t stand sit-ups! Good thing our friends at Orangetheory Fitness – South Keys have put together this awesome workout that targets your midsection.
1. Laying knee tuck:
Form: Your back flat on the ground, shoulder a little bit of the ground support your lower back by having your hands under the glutes, bring your knees in and out ( alternate )
2. Oblique straight leg raise:
Rest: After left and right 30sec break
Form: Support your upper body by having your elbow on the ground. Lay on the side of your glute (the soft piece) legs straight and raise them above the ground up and down.
Form: Sit on the ground, lean back, back straight, lift both legs up in the air.
