Some days it’s hard to get to the gym, life happens and you get busy!
That doesn’t mean you need to skip your workout!
All you need is a towel to do this workout at home:
DIRECTIONS: 3-4 sets. 15-20 reps with 10-15 seconds rest
- Squat Rows:
Tips: Bring yourself into a squat position push the glutes back keep your back straight and lean forward with the upper body. Hold the Towel in both hands with your palms open try to put as much tension on the Towel as possible by pulling.
- Shoulder press:
Tips: Stand tall bend the knees a little bit to stand stronger. Squeeze and pull in front of your face while pushing the Towel slowly up.
- Lat pull down:
Tips: Lay down on the floor have you legs straight and knees of the floor. Have the Towel in your hands palms down squeeze and pull while pushing out and pulling in.
- Bicep Curl:
Tips: Stand up tall and really make sure to have tension on the Towel throughout the whole motion.
- Squat to Front raise:
Tips: Make a squat, glutes back, back straight. Keep the arms straight and raise them in front of your face.
