When Wednesday rolls around it can be hard to get over the HUMP, that’s why it’s so important to stay healthy so you can be as productive as possible at work.
Here are 3 tips to make sure you’re doing your job the best you can:
1. EAT, SLEEP and EXERCISE! – We get it, at the end of a long day, you’re tired, but it is so important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and you’ll feel better for it. It’s all about time management, so consider using your lunch hour to get some extra exercise. When it comes to eating, meal prep on Sunday for the rest of the week. Include meat and fresh veggies and fruit instead of a greasy hamburger. Aim for 8 hours of GOOD sleep a week and you will feel as fresh as the morning dew.
2. BE SOCIAL – This doesn’t mean spending a majority of your day posting memes to your friends wall. Take the time to have a REAL conversation with your co-workers, you know, face-to-face. Talk about things you are passionate about, go for coffee dates and support each other through good times and bad.
3. DISRUPT THE NORM – Switch things up so you aren’t getting bored of your regular routine. This can be as simple as trying a new coffee, going to a different spot for lunch or listening to music you usually don’t listen to.
