In the face of being called inconsiderate and unhelpful to the Relief Efforts, Air Canada stepped it up and tried to do a thing. Well, first they explained.
Turns out when you book last minute, the cost of the flight gets ridiculously pricey due to their automated pricing system. In fact, Air Canada addressed it the only way they knew how, with refunds on the 4000 dollar flights some people had to purchase to evacuate with their lives intact.
The damage is done, and a lot of people are insisting they’ll never fly with Air Canada ever again… But they are doing their own part to help with the Relief Efforts, at least! That’s not so bad, right?
