Have you noticed that even though the weather is nice, a lot of people are getting sick?
Follow these 3 simple tips and you’ll have a healthy spring!
1. Boost that immune system!
Make sure you eat well and exercise regularly. Getting your 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables will keep your body in tip-top shape.
2. Dress for the weather!
The drastic temperature changes in spring are to blame for a lot of people getting sick. During the day it may be warm enough to wear a short sleeves and a skirt but once the sun goes down the temperature will drop too! Make sure you throw on a jacket or a pair of pants so you don’t catch a cold.
3. Avoid making out with sick people.
This is probably the most import tip for avoiding the spring sickness. If you see someone who is sick, don’t get intimate with them. This includes kissing or the swapping of any bodily fluids. Avoid that and you should avoid getting sick.
